"A beautiful hotel, but definately had old hotel quirks. Was under renovation while we were there, would have been nice if they had warned us about that. The restaurant messed up our reservation for Sunday bruch twice, not recording it the first time and putting the wrong spelling of the name and the wrong time down the second time. There was never anyone to answer for room service. The room service menu is extremely limited. The housekeeping staff only restocks toiletries upon request, one tiny bottle of shampoo for 4 people for three nights. We were charged for a movie we didn't request or watch. However, the views are lovely, the room was nice and the gift shop was impressive. There was a 30% difference (in the website's favor) between what we were pre-carged on the freehotelsearch website versus what the hotel reports they were actually paid and credited our account."
